Shoyok

Genus: Arksys

Phylogroup: AV-S02 (ess-oh-tu)

TRPL: 3- 4

AV-S02, Shoyok, is the result of the Arksys virus infecting the Shiro Network’s basic code and trans-mutating the biomass of any flora-nodes of an Ohnyluh. The paranature of the virus when it rewrites the code of the biomass object, is that it absorbs any of said biomass, which allows the virus to cycle through to a maturation state that have what is described as visually grotesque, horrifying or disturbing, fruiting bodies.

The visual look of Shoyok has been described as distinct, with a gray-white, stem covered in vertical spines sometimes described as “toothy” and a pale blue cap exudating small Sheriamn spores from pores across its fruiting body that look as if the mushroom cap is guttating fluid, but Sheriamn is in fact a solid.

Researchers have found evidence in the code of Shoyok that led them to believe they are all the bio-genetic clones of a single, paracausal, code source that disguised itself as a legitimate fauna-node file. Due to this, it was not purged and captured as an Ohny Relic by the Shiro Network and allowed for the Arksys virus to spread out into the Ohnyluh Galaxy Cluster.

When Shoyok drop their Sheriamn spores, more Shoyok can infect, mutate and grow across the connected flora-nodes. This can cause a cascading effect across portions of a Shiro Network, which results in a Shoyok Forest.
