Mobile Replication Units or MRU are compact replicators with limited functionality due to their smaller sized port hole aka display screen. They use the same Mycotech fabrication to create smaller objects that usually take less time to render than that which would be necessary to replicate via an FSR or FRU.

The replication functionality of MRU is a technology similar to the one created by the Ohnyluh founders that uses the Nohkbuss space of digital interconnected subconsciousness to relay an item from the requested source through a virtual, micro machine, version of the multi-limed Myco-tech weaver, into the real space of a MRUs display screen.
