A Pexyller is a Logik User who participates in the Logik based Augmented Reality Game, Pexyll, a gamified roleplay system which encourages environmentalism, e-cycling and responsible refurbishment.


Pexyllers are incentivized to move across zones within the real space of the Shiro Network, using their Mobile Replication Units, locating, scanning and fixing transceiver units, Adsigns, Adwalls and Fixed Replication Systems that are marked according to a tiered system of digital degradation and fragmentation, called the TRPL scale. Pexyllers are also incentivized in some instances for exploration, extraction and escort missions whereby an Arksys infected person can be delivered directly to a Neurodynne Center.


Pexyllers are encouraged to compete on the field by defragging filesystems, repair broken code and use encryption keys to lock out other Crews, individuals and potential and confirmed malicious actors to control and maintain affected areas. Pexyllers, both independent contractors and Crews, rank across a series of leader boards and receive incentives such as unique Logik Artifact drops and Hexabit bonuses given out by individuals or companies sponsoring these individuals, Crews, areas or affected devices.


Pexyllers are most often individuals and Crews considered private citizens, but a Pexyller can also be sponsored. Sponsorship is usually done by companies and in some cases corporations both commercial and private. Having a sponsorship in Pexyll is a highly sought after position to be in as it will pay out higher Hexabit earnings at a fixed rate and interval, it allows for the access to a potential toolkits unavailable to the general public which can be expensive for a non sponsored Pexyller and pathways to 3rd party brand deals.


The most desired reason for Pexyll sponsorship is the public notoriety or “fame” it can allot you across public and virtual spaces. The contemporary upswing in the popularity of Pexyll has motivated many civilians to participate in the ARG, but less for the benefit of the environment and more for the possibility of becoming famous. This has unfortunately resulted in what some consider an oversaturation of Pexyll related brand companies, a rising number of Pexyll based fraud, criminal activity and Pexyller related injuries for new users taking unnecessary risks or being reckless during Livecasts.
