Ahddarack

Sometimes called living Ohny Relics, Living Ohsofak or Natural Logik Users,
an Ahddarack is someone who has contracted the Arksys virus and glitched at death; hard rebooting, or "reincarnating" themselves and halting the virus. But this hard reboot, process usually scars their body permanently in the places where the virus had spread. This scarring is called a remnant pattern.
While this is still an occurrence today it is rarer than during the DLE; with recorded incidents happening for roughly 926 Rotation Cycles in total and the most recent within the last 76 Rotation Cycles of the United Common Wealth Era. It has been assumed that the deaths were caused either directly or indirectly by the DLE event. Indirectly, as some of the Ahddarack were Neurodynne Center patients afflicted with late stage Arksys virus infection, on life support, who then died when the Shiro Network system failed across the OGC, but initiated a reincarnation cycle immediately with or without the recovery of the local system.
A side effect of the Arksys virus being present within the person at the time of fatal systems error or fatal systems crash, is the acquisition of a paranature, which has been discovered to allow for the ability to use Logik, without having any formal teaching, to learn Logik based coding.
As far as scientists and researchers of the phenomenon can understand, the paracausality is determined by unknown functions of the Shiro Network and its system of creating paracausal file binders such as Ohny Relics. These paranatural abilities manifest as unique for each individual Ahddarack. Because of this they are considered “living Ohny Relics'' as they share the same paranatural properties as an Ohny Relic as well as the generative energies of an Ohkeyo. This gives them the ability to then continually overclock their systems without the threat of generating interior Shell Node buildup.
The lifespan of an Ahddarack is long, as the act of being a reincarnate has essentially slowed the natural functions assigned to the biological systems of the being. They are not immortal, but no one has yet measured the longevity of life outside of it being interrupted by circumstances beyond the Ahddarack's control.
While Ahddarack are not a large population historically prone to acts of violence or general disruption, they are considered a potential threat by GeoMyss and the Shealukahn within and outside of Pexyll. There is a growing following of admirers of Ahddarack who have formed during and after the period of the DLE, who consider them to be of the nature of the Shiro Network like the Symmiconn and therefore chosen by the Shiro Network, to help protect the Ohnyluh.
